This week on The Rooted in Love Show we have our final session with our Uncle Philip Dewayne Robinson. We talk about some key moments in his adult life which include a marraige that lasted for less than one year and also a night where he was jumped in Decatur, GA and had to get himself to the hospital and was ultimately rushed to a specialty facility for emergency surgery. We admire his will to live and ability to survive against all odds.
This week on The Rooted in Love Show we continue with our Uncle, Philip Dewayne Robinson who describes his transition into adulthood. We talk about his time spent in the Job Corps after highschool graduation. He shares a funny moment of not being able to keep up with the speed it took to keep fried chicken coming at Churches Chicken! He says “that job didn’t work out. I couldnt keep up!”. We had fun speaking with Uncle Phil on this episode.
This week on The Rooted in Love Show we stray from the previous series to introduce our Uncle, Philip Dewayne Robinson who tells about being born early at only about 2lbs , getting his arm caught in a washer machine and getting hit by a car but never giving up no matter how hard it got. We have so much respect for him and learned from him how to keep going no matter who talks about you or what they say. He embodies the Robinson mentality and strong will!
